It looks great! Easy and quick access to all of Mikes super trainings. Enjoy!

Basically the app just streams the YouTube videos from the sixpackshortcuts channel... Which if you were able to use the app on the go you could just use the regular YouTube app since you need an internet connection anyway. Tl;dr Just use Youtube instead of this app

Hi! Ive been on this training for a full year almost and it is doing wonders! Now with the new app i can look at the videos straight from the gym for reminder or positioning. Thank you!

All programs in a one place and ease to use

Its a lot easier to help keep track of the programs Im signed up for.

I enjoy having the videos and info I need everywhere I go, and having it on my phones main menu keeps me thinking about healthy choices

The ease of use is awesome with this app. It has everything you need in one menu and it is all easy to access. Much easier than the YouTube route.

Its good, but all you can do is watch sixpack shortcuts videos on YouTube. Maybe more features would make it better.

It is just the YouTube videos in its own app.

Since the most recent update all it does is crash when I open it with my iPhone 5s

Every time I run the app, it shuts off by its self, and this is started to happened after the last update my iPhones version is 7.1.2

It is easy to use. I like it.

Well done on the new updated version. This made my workout way easier because I can move from this exercise to another really quick instead of following the video.

Inside programs > six pack shortcuts > all phases are crashing. It was better when we where able to download the work phases vs using the guide. The guide is small to read.

Absolutely nothing opens with this update. This update completely ruined the app
